Based on the latest severe weather forecasts and guidance from state and local agencies, Superintendent Sito Narcisse has announced that EBRPSS has canceled all classes and after school programming for tomorrow, December 14, 2022. All EBR offices will also be closed.
While we understand many students and staff have been preparing for mid-term exams, it is out of an abundance of caution that we are taking this step to ensure the safety of everyone in our school district and community. In coordination with district leaders, school principals will begin the process of rescheduling student testing dates, and that information will be provided as soon as those determinations are made.
It is vital that we remain vigilant and precautious regarding the safety of our students and staff. The district is still actively monitoring the storm system, and updates will be provided if the situation changes.
